Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the United States

Every order ships free to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order ships. During the holiday season, carriers can take a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early if your FuzzHeat is a gift.

Shipping protection

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships.
